The foundation is critical; concrete plinths prevent vehicles from ramming through the base.

　　Installation of blade fencing is a specialized task performed by certified security contractors. The panels are heavy and require precise alignment to ensure the blades interlock correctly. Because the edges are razor-sharp, installation crews must wear protective gear. The posts are typically heavy-duty steel sections embedded deep into the ground. In seismic zones, the foundations are reinforced with rebar cages to withstand earthquakes. For aesthetic variation, the blades can be powder-coated in various colors (green, black, blue) to blend with the architecture, though the primary function remains deterrence.

　　Maintenance for blade fencing is minimal but critical. The sharp edges must be inspected regularly to ensure they haven't been blunted by weather or impact, as a dull blade reduces the psychological deterrent. Any rust spots on the steel must be treated immediately to prevent structural weakness. The tamper-proof fixings should be checked for tightness. While it is one of the most expensive fencing options, the level of security provided is unmatched. Blade fencing offers peace of mind for asset protection, ensuring that even determined intruders face a formidable physical and psychological barrier.
